Si distingue offrendo un design molto compatto e con la possibilità di installazione di un sistema di comunicazione completamente integrato con il design del casco.
La calotta esterna (struttura esterna) è costituito da AIM (Advanced Integrated Matrix): Composto di fibre organiche e multi-composite da vari strati di fibre che assorbono gli impatti in modo ottimale.
La calotta interna (struttura interna) è composto di due parti di un EPS di diversa densità che forniscono un elevato grado di assorbimento di impatto.
Incorpora il sistema EQRS (Emergency Quick Release System), che facilita l’estrazione del casco dall’esterno in caso di incidente togliendo l’imbottitura laterale.
Include un sistema di chiusura con regolazione micrometrica realizzata al 100% in acciaio inox. La posizione della cintura è cambiato rispetto al modello precedente, per fornire un maggiore comfort e per evitare possibile attrito.
Visiera SNC-1, che offre un ampio campo di visione e garantisce una protezione UV del 99% Pinlock serie Evo una visione sempre chiara, in qualsiasi condizioni climatiche. Il meccanismo della visiera è stato riprogettato e dotato di un bordo a tenuta ermetica con punti di drenaggio dell’acqua. Dispone di sistema di micro aperture della visiera per ventilare il casco e antiappannamento in casi estremi. La visiera è facilmente smontabile.

Imbottitura interna della nuova GT-Air 2 é realizzata in diversi tipi di tessuti. Abbiamo impiegato tessuti che offrono elevata capacità di assorbimento dell’umidità e ad asciugatura rapida nella zona delle guance e la fronte.
Imbottito centrale 3D per il massimo comfort.Imbottitura guance in diversi strati di poliuretano di diverse densità per una maggiore comodità e vestibilità.
Imbottitura removibile e lavabile, nella zona delle orecchie per ridurre il rumore.
Design del imbottitura laterale ottimizzato per i portatori di occhiali.
Interno Imbottito completamente sfoderabile e lavabile.
Visiera parasole QSV-2 con trattamento anti-appannamento e antigraffi con un 99% di protezione dai raggi UV. Visiera facilmente manovrabile dall’esterno anche con guanti spessi. È approvato secondo le disposizioni della norma europea per gli occhiali da sole ed è facilmente da rimuovere senza attrezzi.
Sistema di ventilazione ridisegnato, formato da ingressi di aria regolabili nella zona superiore e sulla mentoniera e 2 prese d’aria completamente integrate negli spoiler posteriori e della nuca.
Il flusso d’aria che si è ottenuto con il nuovo sistema di ventilazione è stata notevolmente aumentato rispetto al modello precedente.
