A modern, geometric and decisive design characterizes the 50cc 2023 models. A style, this, much loved by young motorcyclists, who are looking for a special bike, with an attractive look, but at the same time simple and elegant, that can adapt to school leaving as well as to the first race field.

The new RR 50 are ready to race from the countryside to the city, satisfying every need, thanks to the wide range of models available.

Directly inspired by the older sisters who run in the WEC World Championship for both technical and aesthetic, the RR 50 Enduro was born to tackle full gas all terrain: from leisure with friends to daily commuting.

Wide and varied is in fact the audience that looks at the Beta RR 125 4T: young drivers taking their first steps in the world of motorcycling but also a more adult public looking for an agile and sporty means to face their mobility with a vehicle from the economic management, without betraying the aspect of fun and ease of use typical of the Betamotor family feeling. Whatever the need, the new RR 125 4T range, both enduro and motard, is able to satisfy it, with an offer that doubles to meet the most varied needs.
Whether it’s a young 16-year-old looking for a motard to have fun in the curves with a premium model, someone taking their first steps in enduro, an adult looking for a cheap vehicle to move around the city, an expert looking for a vehicle from the very friendly approach or a neophyte who is taking his first steps on the road or off-road, now there is a 125 4T Beta can meet his need.

Betamotor, in collaboration with Tayo Motorcycles (manufacturer of Zontes brand vehicles) has developed a completely new engine, and extremely innovative in the production technologies used. The new engine, characterized by a perfect mix of performance (within 15kw homologation), reliability and very low consumption (1.9 lt/ 100 km), will be the heart of the new RR 125 T.

The new engine, and optimizations of some components such as filter box, swingarm, silencer and wheels, have allowed to enrich the Beta 125 4T range with a new line of bikes with attractive technical content and a more attractive price.
The new model will represent the entry level solution of the 125 range and will be declined, as we have been accustomed, in five different colors: two for the Motard (black and red) and three for the Enduro (white, black and red).

The RR 125 T 2023 range will not betray the expectations of those looking for a vehicle that, without prejudice to the Beta build quality and the complete basic equipment, is presented at a very competitive attack price, thanks to the industrial optimizations implemented.

TAYO ENGINE:

Born from the collaboration with Tayo Motorcycles, it is an engine born from a totally new project with components specially made for Betamotor models (such as crankcase, flywheel cover, head, etc.) on the indications of Rignano sull'Arno technicians. Reliable, extremely fuel-efficient, it is a liquid cooled single cylinder 4T with forced circulation.

New components: designed by Beta technicians, such as airbox, exhaust system and engine mapping.

Bore x Stroke unchanged from the previous engine, but equipped with a higher compression ratio of 12.5:1 and specific spark plug.

The new engine has led to a series of changes on the chassis, radiator, electric components and petrol pump, retrofitted or moved to the new engine to accommodate, without affecting the geometry and driveability of the bike.

Beta launches Xtrainer My2024!
After the success in the years of debut of the model, and the complete renewal received with the last Model year, Beta renews again its Xtrainer both in aesthetics and in substance, further improving the layout of the most transversal bike Made in Rignano sull'Arno.
Xtrainer is able to create a package simply unique for technical equipment, performance, ergonomics and design and for the new Model year receives a new graphic design that enhances the shape of the recently redesigned conveyors. The restyling gives it style, modernity and refinement, creating a bike that is anything but ordinary, indeed, is extra ordinary.

Thanks to its peculiar characteristics, such as the excellent handling of the engine and the high driveability, Xtrainer responds perfectly to the needs of all those riders who are looking for a bike that is performance, but above all easy and exploitable, so that it can be easily managed in all situations. Born from a trialistic inspiration, Xtrainer is able to adapt to a multiplicity of situations with a disarming ease. Whether you are an amateur looking for a bike to start with, a knowledgeable endurista looking for something less tiring and challenging or an experienced rider looking for a companion for the enduro Extreme, Xtrainer is the ideal bike. Slim on the sides, lower than the RR, with a full-bodied and manageable delivery from the bass up to the high rpm, Xtrainer does not lack the horses needed to run in line, but prefers slightly slower and technical paths where he can take advantage of the trialistic vocation that inspired the realization and the torque of its Beta 250 or 300 2T engine.

A recipe made of simple ingredients, which cleverly blended give rise to an extra ordinary result. The elements of this perfect recipe can be summarized as follows:

Low weight: only 99 kg, to be extremely agile and intuitive, even for beginners;

Saddle height: reduced by 20mm compared to the RR range, to convey greater safety in all situations;

Brakes: Nissin, with 260mm discs at the front 240mm at the rear;

Battery: Lithium battery, lightweight and powerful;

Forks and Monoshock: R16V with 43mm stems at the front and progressive linkage at the rear. The suspension compartment is fully customizable with adjustable fork spring and return preload while the shock absorber is adjustable for spring preload, compression and return;

Delivery:docile and linear, all to the advantage of ease of driving;

Beta Progressive Valve: the externally adjustable Beta Progressive Valve exhaust valve allows an excellent adaptation of the engine performance over the entire span of use;

Map switch device with handlebar button

Automatic mixer: it is located under the saddle (which opens simply by pressing a button) and allows you to eliminate the need for oil-gasoline premix;

Soft tires: thanks to the soft compound and the aggressive design ensure grip in all circumstances, transmitting to the rider less nervous responses than a tire from the stiffer carcass;

Cooling fan: although the 2T engine has a good thermal balance, the fan is fitted as standard on the Xtrainer, so that the engine can always stay at the optimum operating temperature, even on slower routes;

Electric starting: precise and reliable, it is essential to start the vehicle in the most uncomfortable situations;

Engine and clutch: RR derivation, the delivery of the engine is adequately sweetened to meet at best with the characteristics of Xtrainer.

Given these characteristics, and the improvements that the bike has received with the previous Model year (rear frame, intake system, battery, increased tank and new plastics) the innovation of this model resides mainly in an unprecedented electronic unlocking key.

Electronic key: it is a magnetic device with "tear" operation and is an absolute novelty for both Beta and the entire enduro panorama. The new electronic key is a security system that simultaneously performs the function of anti-theft and protection of motorcycles and riders, and is an exclusive European patent registered by Betamotor (EP3064405B1).
It consists of two parts: one that remains anchored to the handlebar of the vehicle and another, magnetic (wearable by the driver with a strap on the wrist), which is disconnected, to activate the mechanism.

Anti-theft function: as in the automotive mode, the device precludes the possibility of starting the engine when disconnected, thanks to an encoding that uniquely combines the key to the bike, discouraging theft of the vehicle when left unattended. For the first time, therefore, a higher protection than the steering lock alone is added.

Passive motorcycle and rider safety: with a similar operation to the device "Kill-Switch" the bike turns off when the magnetic contact point connected to the rider’s wrist and the handlebar of the bike disconnects. Switching off the vehicle prevents damage to the engine in the event of a fall and ensures greater safety for the rider if it loses control of the vehicle, or the bike should remain accelerated to the ground. Greater protection for motorcycles and rider, in a single solution patented exclusively by Betamotor.

In addition, they are renewed on Xtrainer 2024:

Saddle: the foam that makes up the seat has been revised in geometry and density to provide greater comfort to the rider, as for the bikes of the RR family. The greater surface area and the different composition of the materials greatly increase the comfort of Xtrainer once in the saddle.

Graphics: the new graphics recall that of the older sisters. The characteristic red Beta is in fact accompanied by contrasting elements in black and white in continuity with the style that the bike has obtained with the restyling of the previous MY, but now even more personalized,
geometric and well recognizable.

390cc
It represents the ideal mix between handling and power, making, moreover, the great traction its winning weapon.

430cc
Definitely performant motor that gives the best if used taking advantage of the long relationships and its important qualities of torque.

480cc

It is the bike that expresses itself best in large spaces. It has characteristics very similar to the 430 but with a torque and even higher power, suitable for more experienced and physically prepared riders.

Dedicated maps have been improved by Betamotor technicians who have identified a new mode of intervention of the Traction more precise in its action, in order to be as punctual as possible in its operation, avoiding unnecessary or too invasive cuts.

Filter box: the sleeve of the filter box has been revised in the geometries, and therefore in the air flow to the engine, to offer greater performance at high average engine speeds, maintaining the torque at the bass that was obtained with the introduction of the current exhaust manifold. This new feature now allows you to have a full and full-bodied supply along the curve.

RR RACING 2T

Is it possible to improve the cycling and performance characteristics of a World Champion bike?
It is not easy when the bikes in question are those of Steve Holcombe or Brad Freeman, but Betamotor technicians like the most challenging situations and here is that directly from the racing department arrive on the 2024 Racing models two novelties double driveability, power and... fun!

The RR Racing represent the ready-to-race version of the Enduro RR models and are therefore distinguished from the latter, for a series of modifications to the engine, suspension, chassis and equipment, which make them ideal for giving the best in the race fields. For the Model Year 2024 the novelties are certainly very impactful and consistent with the construction philosophy of these models, offering everyone the opportunity to take advantage of the maximum performance available with the minimum effort, to always give the best.

Engine - RR Racing 2T 125
As demonstrated several times, Beta believes in the potential of young people and also with the Racing Model Year 2024 decided to highlight it, proposing a new engine for the small eighth of liter. The purpose of this intervention was to increase, throughout the curve of delivery, the power fielded by the single cylinder 125 2T, increasing the maximum peak of horses made available. This was possible thanks to a completely new cylinder, from the pipes to the diagrams, and a new valve system at the exhaust. The valve control has been modified, as well as the contrast spring and the calibration that regulates the opening of the valve, to make the engine more responsive, powerful and full-bodied, increasing the explosiveness of the absolute performance. The new 125cc engine has now a range of use much higher than in the past, having gained power at high revs, without losing torque at low.

Cycling

As for the cycling aspect, the adoption of Kayaba fork and monoshock is confirmed, while the main novelty is the new chassis:

Chassis: all new RR Racing My 2024, except for the 125/200 2T, are fitted on a completely new chassis. The beam of the steering tube now has a larger section than in the past (1cm), introduced in order to give greater rigidity to the vehicle, increasing its resistance to torsion and lateral flexion. In terms of driving this translates into greater precision in insertion and mileage of curves where less bending allow you to increase the direction of the bike, having a more sincere and direct response.
This main modification already successfully carried in the race by the Official Team, brings with it a whole series of adaptations in the supports, in the motor attacks and so on, introduced to follow up the new features of the chassis. In addition to what has already been reported, it should be noted that the attack of the footrests and the attack of the rear brake pump have also been modified. In particular, the attacks of the platforms were tightened compared to the past in the lower part, to reduce the possibility that they dug on the ground in the path of the deepest channels. The attack of the master cylinder was instead revised to accommodate the new Nissin brake pump.

Nissin brake pump: the new frame is now able to accommodate a new, and more powerful, Nissin brake pump. The component represents the evolution of the previous model and stands out, in addition to the external construction, for greater braking power, combined with improved modulation. (RR Racing 250/300 2T and 4T range).

Given the package of innovations introduced on the RR Racing My 2024, the framework is complemented by the high-level equipment and precise features that distinguish these models from RR.

Oil mix – Gamma 2T

It is also confirmed for the RR Racing 2T My 2024 the choice of Beta to give up the automatic mixer to keep its motorcycles Racing a reference in terms of lightness and, therefore, handling. The RR Racing 2T therefore need an oil/gasoline pre-mix, a feature that contributes to accentuate the racing character of this version. The oil mix can still be installed later, as an after-market accessory from the Factory Parts Beta catalog.

Suspension

Kayaba AOS fork with closed cartridge 48 mm: The presence of the anodized internal parts and the treatments received by the materials mean that the sliding friction is reduced to a minimum, while the usual compression and return adjustments allow you to always find the optimal customization of the setting. Mono Kayaba C46 RCU: The Mono KYB can be considered a benchmark in the context of competitions for its ability to absorb the roughness of the ground, the level of traction transferred to the vehicle and consistency of performance even in particularly heavy use, and is fully customizable in the hydraulic setting, acting on external compression (both high and low speed) and extension adjustments.

The Traction Control, which can be disconnected at any time, is now a fundamental feature of the higher cubic capacity engines and is therefore also found on the Model Year 2024. Developed specifically for this project, the new electronic injection engine is capable of delivering up to 35 horsepower at 9500 rpm. To exploit all the power and torque available, the engine has been equipped with a 6-speed gearbox and guarantees a top speed of over 130km/h. Thanks to the reduced fuel consumption and the 11-liter tank, of which 2.3 liters of reserve, the new ALP boasts a good autonomy that allows you to face long journeys in off-road vehicles away from distributors. The engines of the two models are distinguished by mapping, designed in order to ensure the maximum possible performance in both models.

Cycling

– Frame: the frame of the new ALP is presented as a steel perimeter with hanging motor and black finish. This ensures at the same time sturdiness and handling of the vehicle, thanks to the bicycle dimensions identified by Betamotor technicians, who work in perfect synergy with the suspension.

- Suspension: both front and single rear forks are set to ensure maximum change, but keeping an eye on the comfort and comfort of driving.

– Saddle height: the saddle height is 865 cm for Alp 4.0 and 855 for Alp X and guarantees for both models a good support on the ground, helping to strengthen the feeling of safety when riding the vehicle, both on the road and off-road, even for novice riders. The saddle is extremely comfortable both for those who are driving and for those who are passengers.

– Brakes: both models are equipped with a 290 mm disc at the front and 220 mm at the rear, with Nissin pump and brake caliper, which ensure power and modulation in all conditions. Intended for children who love two wheels, it is the best article to approach the off-road with the right graduality.
The second generation boasts a new Li-Ion 36V 13AH battery (ampere-hour) capable of constantly delivering power for 45 minutes.
The new lithium battery, along with other technical refinements, also allowed to reduce the weight of the bike by 5 kg - for a total of 38 kg - increasing the handling and ease of driving, making it particularly suitable for children from 6 to 11 years

Beta launches on the market the EVO My 2024 with an original graphic release with a fine aesthetic impact that makes this new model at the same time balanced racing and elegant.

The proven technical package, made available by the house of Rignano sull'Arno to its drivers and all fans of the brand, evolved over time thanks to the contribution of its Factory Riders, is confirmed winning and is resubmitted on the market by adding a new functional component - the electronic key.

Beta launches on the market the EVO My 2024 with an original graphic release with a fine aesthetic impact that makes this new model at the same time balanced racing and elegant.
The wise use of red, in this case used to finish the base in gray instead of as a primary element, enhances the volumes of the bike and embellishes the unprecedented aesthetic appearance of the vehicle, thanks to the aluminum frame and swingarm, tends to emphasize its strong link with competitions, where the materials are pure and everything is aimed at maximum performance.

Thanks to the innovations introduced with the previous Model Year, which stand out the EVO range simply at the top in the Trial world, for 2024 are confirmed all the recent introductions received by the bike, but updating the aesthetic impact, with a new graphic that is detached from the tradition of the canonical red Beta.

The main novelty from the point of view of the equipment concerns the introduction of the electronic key that plays a double role, combining the innovative anti-theft function, the most conventional use for the passive safety of motorcycles and riders, typically represented by the switch "Kill-Switch".

The EVO range is among the most extensive of the category and remains composed of 6 different models, all with their own personality, able to meet the varied needs of all pilots, bringing to a higher level the potential and fun of each of them:

Evo 80 2T Junior/Senior
The Evo 80 is the ideal bike to approach the discipline. The Junior version is absolutely the easiest bike for guys who for the first time use a trial bike with the combustion engine. The Senior version represents the link with the 125 model, sharing the size of the wheels while maintaining the intuitiveness of the 80cc engine.

New for the entire range:

Electronic key: the new electronic device is an exclusive European patent registered by Betamotor (EP3064405B1), and simultaneously performs the function of anti-theft and protection of motorcycles and riders.
The electronic key consists of two parts: one that remains anchored to the handlebar of the vehicle and another, magnetic (wearable by the driver with a strap on the wrist), which is disconnected, to activate the mechanism.
The device, which has seen its recent introduction for the first time on a Beta model with Xtrainer My 24, performs the function of device "Kill-Switch" for the safety of motorcycles and rider, turning off the bike when the magnetic contact point connected to the rider’s wrist and handlebar disconnects.
Unlike a normal switch "Kill-Switch", however, the new electronic key also integrates the anti-theft function precluding the possibility of starting the engine when disconnected, thanks to an encoding that combines the key uniquely to the bike, discouraging vehicle thefts when left unattended.
Greater protection for motorcycles and rider, in a single solution patented exclusively by Betamotor; for the first time as standard.

Evo My 2024 also maintains all the recent introductions received by the vehicle in the various displacements, which confirm the functionality of the proven technical package, in particular:

Radiator grille redesigned. In addition to optimizing the air flow directed to the radiator, it is characterized by a greater protective surface in the area of the cap and the radiator body, avoiding that these components can be damaged in the collision with branches, stones or in case of falls.

Tank cover: The shape is much more enveloping on the frame and allows you to cover all the passages of the cables, creating a clean and tidy image of the bike. Inside this new shape the button for the map switch finds its place. The EVO is equipped with two engine mappings that can be selected from the convenient button placed on the tank cover. The location is easy to access and at the same time repaired by accidental blows, moreover, thanks to the presence of an LED indicator you can immediately locate the inserted map.

RX 300 2T - 8.990,00€

The Beta project to expand the boundaries of RideAbility lands in a new dimension, that of Motocross! It is officially the first modern Cross bike built by the House of Rignano sull'Arno, which defines, for fans, the first chance in Europe to drive a bike Cross Made in Beta, after the debut in the MXGP World Championship three years ago.

We are talking about Beta RX 300 2T, the new frontier of RideAbility in the MX world.

What does RideAbility mean for Beta? It means putting every rider, on every bike of the Florentine brand, in a position to always have at his disposal a bike at the same time easy and performance, winning but friendly, fun and never too demanding, which makes driveability its fundamental value. Today, for the first time, this concept arrives for Beta in the modern Cross.
How? With a totally new bike for the European market, but perhaps already known, at least in the name, by the brand purists, who will have seen it in some shots stolen from the US market.

RX 300 2T is a bike that saw the light, exclusively for the US market, in 2021, as Cross-Country, a motorcycle derived Enduro and approached the cross world with a series of specific adaptations. The success of this project then, assisted by the increasing experience that was accumulating on the race field in the MXGP World Championship with the 450 4T model, led the House to push the accelerator in the evolution of the bike that, To date, it is configured as a full-fledged cross bike, with only a few points of contact with the models from Enduro. The few specimens that will be made for the first approach outside the United States, make RX 300 2T a unique opportunity to put in the garage the first European version of the bike that marks for Beta the return to the Cross market and that will be the forerunner of a new family of vehicles soon to arrive, and totally new.

RX 300 2T is a bike unique in its kind, a perfect combination of power and control, a vehicle so that, as dedicated solely to the track was born with a racing soul but puts at the center of its construction ease of use typical of the Betamotor family feeling, fully focused on uncompromising fun.

So what characterizes RX 300 2T?

Although it can be immediate to think of the combination between RX and RR, the new bike from Cross Betamotor is a project in its own right compared to the Enduro World Champion Brad Freeman, from which certainly derives part of the experience that has allowed to bring the 300 2T engine to its efficiency levels.

Engine: The engine of the RX 300 shares with the enduro bike the displacement and little more, being a project entirely dedicated to the use Cross. Compared to the enduro, this engine is much more powerful at the middle-high rotation, the most exploited on the track, and enjoys a longer stretch, but maintains excellent torque, thus generating a progression enjoyable and always controllable, remaining centered on the concept of tractability of the vehicle in every situation.

The main details that characterize RX 300 2T, compared to close relatives RR 2T are as follows:

Cylinder: the cylinder changes from the 300 Enduro version, which recently adopted the "Superquadro", to the advantage of a more classic "Quadro" with Bore x Stroke of 72.0 x 72.0 mm, in order to obtain more torque and power (approximately 5 cv to 8.000 turns and 1,5 Nm to 7.000 rpm)

Piston: in combination with the different diagrams of the cylinder, the higher compression ratio and the different dimensions obtained, a new suitable double-axle piston has been identified.

Carburetor: Keihin PWK 38 mm.

Dedicated candle: NGK BR8ECM

Crankshaft: this component has been lightened and reduced in diameter, to seek a faster acceleration towards the high revs. The result is the introduction of a dedicated crankcase where this component is housed.

Exhaust valve: the valve has been properly set in its opening, in relation to the different operation of the engine and its use. This remains customizable in any case by the pilot through the canonical register, with which are also equipped models Beta Enduro.

Short silencer: to give priority to performance at medium-high speeds.

>Clutch with disc springs: the clutch used on RX comes from a re-adaptation of the component recently introduced on RR, and guarantees a soft drive control, an effective clutch and a very high transmissible torque. The clutch can be adjusted in its spring preload on 3 positions, acting on the appropriate ring through a simple mechanical intervention.

Cooling tubes: high performance, blue silicone.

Regarding the cycling aspect of the vehicle:

Fork and monoshock are Kayaba, as on RR Racing. Both components have their own settings dedicated to cross use but, while the monoshock with specific calibration maintains a greater familiarity with that of Enduro bikes, the 48mm fork also has a different geometry, with a greater stroke (stems longer than 10mm). The suspensions, fully adjustable, were set by Rignano technicians in such a way as to make the bike stable, fast and precise, but always easy and sincere in its response.

The chassis has no distortion compared to the Enduro RR 300, but the bike is higher because of the different suspensions, while the rear frame is made of composite material.

The wheels are "21 at the front and "19 at the rear, with Michelin Starcross 6 tires, in sizes 80/100-21 and 120/80-19 while the braking system is Nissin with floating calipers and discs from 260mm at the front and 240mm at the rear.

To complete the model features:

The controls on the handlebars are reduced to the minimum necessary. On the right side there is the button for electronic ignition, on the left side there is the button for turning off the bike. The electrical system is reduced to a minimum. Finally, the battery is lithium.
As recently introduced on the 2T models of Rignano sull'Arno, also RX 300 can take advantage of two motor maps (dry/wet), selectable through the button located behind the steering tube, which manage the power of the bike in a dedicated, in order to make it always enjoyable in any condition.

We then highlight some special components that enrich the equipment of the bike:

In 2023 the Beta project to expand the boundaries of RideAbility has officially landed in Europe in the new dimension of Motocross, first with RX 300 2T and now with the queen of off-road bikes, the 450 4T!
It is officially the first Cross 4 Tempi bike built by the House of Rignano sull'Arno; this translates for fans in the first chance to drive the MX Made in Beta closer to the prototype race that runs for three years in the MXGP World Championship.

A racing bike in all respects, designed to race in Motocross tracks around the world like never before.
The project is completely new: chassis, engine and components are of the highest level, as well as the project behind it: bring the new frontier of RideAbility in the MX world.
What does RideAbility mean for Beta? It means designing and making motorcycles that make driveability its fundamental value. Every bike branded Betamotor is designed by the Florentine house to make available to any rider a vehicle at the same time easy and performance. A product capable of bringing out the best of every driver, thanks to a combined engine-cycle that manages to entertain, without ever causing you to fear the performance of the World Championship engine.
RX 450 4T is a project that was born a few years ago, but with the debut in the MXGP World Championship in prototype form it immediately demonstrated interesting ideas of work that, with the constant development of the vehicle on tracks around the world, led to the generation of the first 4T series bike, which will be alongside the RX 300 2T.


Like the 300 2T, but in a completely different way, RX 450 4T is a bike unique in its kind, a perfect combination of power and control, a vehicle so that, as dedicated solely to the track, was born with a soul and performance from pure racing, but at the same time puts at the center of its construction the handling and ease of use typical of the Betamotor family feeling, fully focused on uncompromising fun.
The design of RX 450 is totally new, so let’s go into detail:
Chassis: this is a frame dedicated to the use of motocross, which retains many proportions known to Beta models but was born with a whole series of redesigned parts and reinforcements specific to enduro models std. The main beam is wider than 1cm, and does not fear the stresses coming from the repeated landings from the jumps, resulting overall much stiffer in the lateral twists generated by the high-speed curves. This translates into a precise and stable vehicle both in the inlet and in cornering, capable of transmitting great feelings of safety in keeping the high performance of the engine at bay. The position of the engine as well as the relative attacks are different from the enduro models and allow an excellent balance, in the curve, as well as in the jump.
Rear frame and filter case: RX 450 has a new aluminum rear frame that, despite its lightness, gives rigidity to the vehicle, while absorbing in an excellent way the driving stresses. This new component integrates perfectly with the new filter case, never used before on Beta models. The new filter case and its sleeves, combined with the new 46mm throttle body, determine an air flow significantly different from that required by an enduro bike and generate an optimal flow to feed the performance of the new engine. Access to the filter remains on the left side of the bike, and is extremely easy and intuitive, as well as not requiring any type of tool.
Plastics: while the front conveyors, recently redesigned also for the RR models, remain unchanged in shape, at the rear comes a new codon, stringy and aggressive that, not being a load-bearing element, fits into the new aluminum frame and allows, as just mentioned, access via a convenient interlocking access to the filter casing. The plastic tank, specially designed for this model, has a capacity of about 7lt.
Fork and shock absorber are Kayaba: with stems from 48 mm at the front and piston from 50 mm at the rear. Both components are fully adjustable in the setting and represent an ideal compromise between driveability and performance, thanks to the continuous development on the race tracks. The bike has been set by Rignano technicians in such a way as to be stable, fast and precise, but always easy and sincere in its response. The main difference of the suspension compartment compared to enduro models results from the greater excursion of the front fork, with special calibration for Motocross while the monoshock is completely new. The latter is larger than the one with which the RR models are equipped in such a way as to allow greater support in landing from jumps thanks to greater hydraulic braking, and greater consistency of performance with heavy use, where temperatures tend to rise and, consequently, it is more complex to maintain performance.
The wheels are "21 at the front and "19 at the rear, with Maxxis tires, in sizes 90/100-21 and 110/90-19 while the braking system is Nissin with floating calipers and discs from 260mm at the front and 240mm at the rear. Especially at the front there is a brand new caliper, smaller and lighter than those used until now on Beta models, which ensures a much more incisive performance in the braking at the limit, while at the rear the new pump has a tank designed so as to leave more space to the exhaust layout.
And what about the performance of the vehicle? RX 450 4T will leave you speechless who will decide to take it, let’s see how:
Engine: The engine, born from a project entirely dedicated to the use Cross, and was developed in close collaboration with the Official MXGP Team. The gearbox is five-speed, with dedicated ratio, while the clutch (with springs cup, adjustable in three positions) has been adequately strengthened to withstand the stresses resulting from the high power of the engine, ensuring a soft drive, an effective coupling and a very high transmissible torque. The overall dimensions and weight are very small, being reduced to a minimum the components necessary for the use motocross: there is no foot start and all the electrical components have been scaled down.
Crankshaft and countershaft balancing are new, as well as cylinder, pistons and relative timing, this allows you to achieve a compression ratio of 13.5:1.
The result is a powertrain that performs well throughout the delivery curve but has a high extension to the middle-high rotation regimes, the most exploited on the track. Consistent with the proposal of driveability on which the entire project was set, the engine still boasts an excellent torque, thus generating a progression enjoyable and always controllable, remaining manageable in any situation. Thanks to the optimal weight distribution, the coupled engine chassis aims to create a maneuverable bike, agile and fun, definitely powerful at the top when you decide to open the gas, but always sincere and safe against the rider.

Engine maps: in the wake of what has recently been introduced on RR models, also RX 450 4T is equipped with two engine mappings (dry and wet) specifications and four levels of intervention of Traction Control (on/ off / active hard map / soft map) to manage the remarkable power of the vehicle, in any condition of the track. The button for map and TC selection is located on the bumper to the handlebar.

To complete it is reported that:
The handlebar controls are reduced to the bare minimum, as is the electrical system. On the right side there is the button for electronic ignition, on the left side there is the button for turning off the bike. Finally, the battery is lithium.
We then highlight some special components that enrich the equipment of the bike:

TAYO ENGINE

Born from the collaboration with Tayo Motorcycles, it is an engine born from a totally new project with components specially made for Betamotor models (such as crankcase, flywheel cover, head, etc.) on the indications of Rignano sull'Arno technicians. Reliable, extremely fuel-efficient, it is a liquid cooled single cylinder 4T with forced circulation.

New components: designed by Beta technicians, such as airbox, exhaust system and engine mapping.

Bore x Stroke unchanged from the previous engine, but equipped with a higher compression ratio of 12.5:1 and specific spark plug.

The new engine has led to a series of changes on chassis, radiator, electric components and petrol pump, retrofitted or moved for the new engine to be housed, without affecting geometry and driveability of the bike
